Start at
Level 3 with 10 lives
When the game is just starting, go to password, and press A, B, B, A, B, it'll take you to
level 3, with 10 men.
Start at higher levels
Press Start to pick one or two players. Move the cursor to the "Password" option
and press A and B in the following sequences to skip to higher levels:
Level 2: A, B, A, A, A, A, B, B
Level 3: A, B, A, A, B, A, A, A
Level 4: A, B, A, A, B, B, B, B
Level 4 with 10 Lives: A, B, A, B, B, B, B, B
After you've entered the correct sequence, move the cursor back up to "Start"
and press Start to begin.
